Registration

How it works

• Places are limited to 60 — first come, first served; your place is secured once you confirm by email
• 59 of 60 places still available
• After submitting the form, you will receive an email with a confirmation link
• Check your spam folder if the email does not arrive within a few minutes — and flag it as “Not junk” / “Not spam” in your email client
• Your registration becomes final only after you click that link
• Food preferences: no preference, vegetarian, vegan, or allergy
• You can indicate whether you would like to present a poster — an abstract is then required
• If you register but can no longer attend, please email f.corradi@tue.nl so we can offer your place to someone else
